Crystal essences – We as individuals can only be ready for change when we ourselves choose. You will never change more than you are able to cope with. Change is also a personal choice. If you wish to change, be that change. The more you be the change you want, the more that change affects your life.

Sometimes the combination of essences may be too intense, when a person is not ready for that change, or a personal healing has not identified the changes. Then an essence may bring about change that one cannot accept. By taking single essences first and then following with an another essence one month later, a person is more able to process the changes.

Do not let that persuade you from making your own choice. If you feel you are drawn to specific combination of essences, please follow your intuitions and feelings.

Crystal essences can be used to both heal and empower depending on your focus and intentions. Here I am providing both some clearing and healing powers of the essences listed.
